Greetings. Guardian Hoshimi Miyabi, reporting to Kaisou as instructed. I was told that a junior Guardian by the name of Jon would explain what has happened in my absence. I'm aware there was a recent, uh, restructuring, so we can skip that part.
Is this the new Black Order headquarters? It looks like a mall to me. There are children playing in the parking lot. Unless... maybe I took a wrong turn?

I also haven't been assigned a new superior. In that case, I won't be turning in a written report unless requested.
